Bargemusic
This is a 102-foot coffee barge that has been converted into a floating concert hall offering great chamber music. They offer two concerts per week, 52 weeks a year.
The Brooklyn Academy Of Music (BAM)
BAM is housed in a landmark building in the historic Fort Greene section of Brooklyn. BAM is the oldest operating performing arts center in the United States and presents innovative, experimental and contemporary theater, opera, dance, music and film.
Brooklyn College Center for the Performing Arts
Located at Brooklyn College Campus, the Center for the Performing Arts features internationally known artists, ensembles and dance companies.
Brooklyn Children's Museum
The Brooklyn Children's Museum is the oldest children�s museum in the country and one of the most innovative. They offer interactive exhibits that teach children about the natural, physical, and social sciences.
Brooklyn Museum of Art
The Brooklyn Museum features 1.5 million objects, including a world-renowned collection of Egyptian art and antiquities. There are also nationally recognized period rooms, decorative arts and European and American art collections.
NYC Transit Museum
The transit museum is located in a restored 1930's subway station. Exhibits explore the history of the New York subway system. The museum features 18 vintage subway cars.

Prospect Park
At 526 acres, Prospect Park is the largest and most varied open space in the Borough of Brooklyn. The Park's many popular destinations include the Picnic House, the Carousel, the Lefferts Homestead Historic House Children's Museum, the Kate Wollman Center and Rink, the Wildlife Center housing nearly 400 animals of more than 80 species, the Boathouse, the Memorial Arch at Grand Army Plaza, the Nethermead, the Bandshell, and five playgrounds.
Brooklyn Botanic Garden (BBG)
Founded in 1910, the BBG offers a truly rich experience for families and groups alike. Situated right next to Prospect Park, It features 52 acres of landscaped lawns, flowering shrubs, and the oldest and largest bonsai collection in the country.
Coney Island
There�s so much to do at Coney Island. You can take a ride on the Cyclone, which is the first and oldest roller coaster in the world, and features a terrifying 85-foot plunge; Sample a hot dog from the original Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs; Walk down the historic 3-mile Boardwalk from Coney Island to Brighton Beach along the Atlantic Ocean; Visit the NY Aquarium, the largest and oldest marine exhibit in the nation featuring over 10,000 specimens of sea life.
The Brooklyn Promenade
The Brooklyn Promenade (Esplanade) is a narrow cobble stone walkway on the Brooklyn shore along the East River. It lies just above the busy Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and offers stunning views of lower Manhattan, the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Statue of Liberty.
