Exploring the New Frontier: Evolutionary Coaching

For Chicago Life Coach Simone Peer, the moment it clicked came wrapped in a blanket, poolside, on a mountain, in Spain. For an instant, she recalls, it was like making love with the universe. Giving and receiving bliss. Then, as if in confirmation, a star shot across the sky. That night sparked a passion to share evolutionary coaching - the art of knowing.

Peer is a certified trainer, professional coach and entrepreneur. A Life U Love is her life coaching practice. She has presented workshops through out the Chicago area including the Taste of Chicago. Through A Life U Love, Peer coaches internationally about the need for a strong foundation. Building upon this is her work in evolutionary coaching and creating Beyond A Life U Love.

The essence of Evolutionary Coaching is the art of knowing: to be able to know with authority and certainty that all is potential. This cutting edge philosophy sees emotion as an indicator of rising potential. People believe that emotions are negative or positive but in reality, Peer says, they are indicators of what needs to be done.

When someone feels an intense emotion, rather than reacting to it, clients learn how to use the emotion as a stepping stone in their personal growth. For example: Fear for many becomes a block. It can keep someone from acting. But a client of evolutionary coaching discovers that fear is just a small piece of the puzzle. For these clients fear is a call to leadership. Paying attention to the adrenaline rush and the situation, trusting yourself to make the needed decisions. A client uses that inner guidance and moves forward - aware and sure of themselves. The fear dissolves and a leader is born.
