I tell you everyday how feel.
I tell you with my eyes.
I tell you with my gestures.
I tell you with my body and my touch.
But you still don't hear me.
So I'll use this holiday to tell you again.
I'll hide behind the cards and the flowers and the candy.
I'll express my love in poems and songs penned by someone else.
I'll use all the resources of Valentine's Day at my disposal.
Will you hear me this time?
Or is it still not sinking in?
In the end will I blame the holiday and say it was a mistake.
Am I the coward who cannot tell you with words to your face?
You are remarkable.
You are sweet and sincere.
You make me feel the way I've never felt before.
You are my love.
Am I yours?
Am I your Valentine?
