My Before and After The Draft Prediction: New World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio
Winner: New World Heavyweight Champion Christian
Del Rio's 'DESTINY' was almost fulfilled at Extreme Rules. While Christian was climbing the ladder, Brodus Clay entered the ring and tossed Christian off the ladder. This was the perfect opportunity for Del Rio to climb the ladder. Just as Del Rio was about to become the new World Heavyweight Champion, he was distracted by Edge. The distraction allowed Christian to push over the ladder. As Del Rio fell from the ladder he landed on top of Clay and Ricardo Rodriguez. With no one to help Del Rio, Christian climbed the ladder and retrieved the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time in his career.
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP TRIPLE THREAT STEEL CAGE MATCH: The Miz (Champion) vs. John Cena vs. John Morrison
My Before and After The Draft Prediction: New WWE Champion John Cena
Winner: New WWE Champion John Cena
John Morrison was about to win the WWE Championship for the first time in his career. As Morrison made his way to the cage door he was attacked by R-Truth. With Morrison out of the picture, The Miz looked to remain WWE Champion as he made his way to the top of the cage. Cena prevented The Miz from escaping by nailing him with an 'Attitude Adjustment' from the top rope. This sent The Miz crashing to the ring. With The Miz down, Cena covered him to pick up the victory and become the new WWE Champion.
LAST MAN STANDING MATCH: Randy Orton vs. CM Punk
My Before The Draft Prediction: CM Punk
My After The Draft Prediction: Randy Orton
Winner: Randy Orton
CM Punk failed to achieve victory when Raw's Anonymous General Manager banned The New Nexus from ringside. Since The New Nexus was not at Punk's side he feel victim to an 'RKO' which kept him down for a ten count, allowing Orton to pick up the victory.
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH: Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes
My Before The Draft Prediction: Rey Mysterio
My After The Draft Prediction: Cody Rhodes
Winner: Rey Mysterio
Mysterio picked up the victory by spitting a bluish-green mist into the face of Rhodes. With Rhodes distracted by the mist in his eyes, Mysterio was able to connect with a '619' and finish Rhodes off with a 'Springboard Splash Combo' into a pin.
TAG TEAM COUNTRY WHIPPING MATCH: Jerry 'The King' Lawler & Jim Ross vs. Michael Cole & Jack Swagger
My Prediction: Jerry 'The King' Lawler & Jim Ross
Winners: Michael Cole & Jack Swagger
Cole picked up the victory for his team by rolling up Ross. As Swagger and Ross faced off in the middle of the ring, Cole snuck up from behind and rolled up Ross for the pin. Cole got the three count and the victory for his team. The victory allows Cole to remain undefeated.
LOSER LEAVES WWE MATCH: Layla vs. Michelle McCool
My Prediction: Layla
Winner: Layla
Layla defeated Michelle McCool when she countered the 'Faithbreaker'. After countering the 'Faithbreaker' Layla was able to pin McCool and pick up the victory. After Layla won the match McCool received a surprise beat down from Kharma. Kharma's appearance at Extreme Rules was also her debut with the company.
WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP LUMBERJACK MATCH: Big Show & Kane (Champions) vs. Wade Barret & Ezekiel Jackson
My Prediction: Did not know this match was taking place.
Winners: Big Show & Kane
Jackson nailed Big Show with a 'Body Slam', but Barrett wanted to outshine his team mate and tagged himself in. As the legal man Barrett attempted to nail Big Show with a 'Wasteland'; However, Barrett's attempt failed and he was nailed with a 'Choke Slam'. The 'Choke Slam' allowed Big Show to pin Barrett and pick up the victory for his team.
UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP TABLE MATCH: Sheamus (Champion) vs. Kofi Kingston
My Prediction: Did not know this match was taking place.
Winner: New United States Champion Kofi Kingston
This match was not scheduled to take place until SmackDown's General Manager, Theodore Long, made it happen. Since Sheamus was not prepared for Kingston, Long allowed Sheamus to choose the type of match. Sheamus choose a table match. A table match was how Sheamus won his first WWE Championship, when he defeated John Cena by pushing him off the top rope and through a table. Sheamus would not have the same luck this time around. Kingston flew from the top rope sending Sheamus through the table and becoming the new United States Champion.

Good article! We only get the big PPVs now due to money, but we were able to actually get this one. I'm glad we did. Aside from Christian winning & Edge showing up, my match of the night was Cody vs. Rey. Sure Cody lost (I'm a huge fan, but I like Rey too), but it was still a great match! I'm glad Orton won too, he's my current active favorite what with Shawn Michaels being retired.
