kendrathil
Ageing cannot be stopped. As we grow, we age and the process of ageing cannot be reversed. Each day we grow and it is evident in our face and skin. The first signs of ageing are drying of the skin and appearance of wrinkles.

Though ageing is a natural phenomenon, other external factors also play an important role in ageing. The ageing of the skin because of external factors is what is called extrinsic ageing.

External factors like sun and pollution causes extrinsic ageing. Over exposition of the skin to the sun can cause damage to the skin. The ultra violet rays are considered to be a primary cause of extrinsic ageing.

Pollution affects the skin and is also considered a factor of extrinsic ageing. A person living in the village lives about five more years than a person who lives in the city.

Life style also influences ageing. Drinking, smoking and sleeping positions can influence the rate of extrinsic ageing.

Though Intrinsic ageing, which is natural ageing cannot be controlled, extrinsic ageing can be controlled. There are several anti ageing products available in the market that helps in reducing the impact of extrinsic ageing. Leading a healthy life style can make a difference.
