I often refer to my EZ 2 Nurse pillow as a raft because it's so large, this is perhaps the only negative about this product. If you're planning to breastfeed your twins, the benefits of this nursing pillow far outweigh the negatives. Two necessary features that the EZ 2 Nurse pillow has are the buckle that goes around your waist and the back pillow that helps support you so that you can be comfortable while you nurse. The waist strap is important because it holds the pillow securely in place - if it slips, your babies will sink down and become unlatched. The back support helps you be in the proper position so that your babies can easily reach your nipples; you kind of have to lean forward a little bit and the back pillow that comes with the EZ 2 Nurse pillow helps you to stay in that position without hurting your back.
The EZ 2 Nurse pillow comes with a decently sized pocket where you can store binkies, burp clothes, or even the remote. It really comes in handy in those early months where breastfeeding your babies can take an hour or more. My son also liked to hide toys in the pocket of the EZ 2 Nurse pillow so that he could play "hide and seek" while I was nursing my twins.
The cover of the EZ 2 Nurse is removable so you can wash it - this is convenient if your babies have reflux and spit up all over it several times a day! It is a bit awkward to replace, but it's not too difficult and hopefully you won't have to wash it all that often. The back pillow also has a removable cover. The pillow itself is made from a sturdy foam that stands up to my 30 pound toddler jumping on it several times a day without losing its shape.
The EZ 2 Nurse Twins nursing pillow is a bit pricey - around $50 new, but if you're lucky, you can find one used on ebay or Craigslist for much less. It is worth the cost, though - you won't find me tandem nursing my twins without it!

I've tried this Baby Diaper Spray from Pump Station... Its all natural and soothing, this 25% zinc oxide spray helps prevent skin irritation such as diaper rash. Its safe and extra gentle Baby Zinc Spray provides an enhanced barrier to help seal out the wetness and germs that cause chafing and irritation to the skin. The episencial aromatic oil blend includes thyme and tea tree for their naturally effective antimicrobial and antifungal properties. It's easy, no-touch spray application minimizes mess and is more comfortable for baby.... I love it! Try it! ... I'll have to try the other stuff from Pump Station! Cheer!
