Facebook Phenomenon: "My Sister Said If I Get One Million Fans She Will Name Her Baby Megatron"

Just 12 days ago, a man began a Facebook page that stated, "My Sister Said If I Get One Million Fans She Will Name Her Baby Megatron." The number of fans started small, but now at day 12, the number is over 885,000 and rising every second. I just came across this page today and I am amazed at how quickly the number is rising. I've never seen a Facebook fan page grow quite like this. The people are piling in, hundreds by the minute, and it's amazing to just sit and hit refresh as the number grows and slowly reaches one million. It looks like the ultimate result will be reached by the end of tomorrow at this rate.

Still the question remains, will this man's sister really name her baby Megatron?? It seems only fair that she does, although the child may suffer through childhood, they will have the support of over a million people, right? I'm sure the woman is kicking herself right now, but then again, she could be in amazement that such a phenomenon is occurring. Who would have thought that one simple facebook page could have reached hundreds of thousands of people in less than 2 weeks? That is just proof that the Internet is a very powerful tool for all of us, and we shouldn't forget that.

What are some possible baby names? Of course if she named the kid Megatron there would have to be some side name that they could go by. For a girl it could be Megan, and for a guy I guess it could be Troy? Or there could always be the wonderful nickname, "Mega", however a girl may not be as fond of that name as she is growing up. But then again, when you're named Megatron, I guess you don't really even care what you are called anymore.
