Facebook's Hospital City Game Guide

There are several things you can do while playing Facebook's Hospital City. This is a quick guide for the options and playability of the game. You will find other articles about playing the game, finding the game, and the list of items for the game in the resources section on the lower right hand side of the page under the banner add.

Stats in Hospital City

Notice at the top of the game screen where it has the stats for your hospital. You will see where your biohazard, power, staff and transport are set at during the game. If you click on each of these stats, you will see how many of each your game has or used.

Adding Neighbors for Hospital City

You can add neighbors to your Hospital City Facebook game app by inviting people on your friends list. When you have approved neighbors for this game you can visit their hospitals to earn extra coins and experience. You can only invite twelve neighbors to your Hospital City game

Shopping for Patients, Decor, Equipment, Collectibles, Rooms, and Expansions

You will need to buy patients, doctors, nurses, any equipment, collectibles, rooms and expansions for your game. There are some limited edition items that will expire on certain days. You will need these items to grow your hospital, heart cash, XPs and levels in the game.

Sending and Receiving Gifts to Friends on Hospital City

You start with 12 Gifts to send to friends on Facebook's Hospital City. You are allowed 12 gift sends because you can only invite 12 friends to the game. In turn you could receive 12 gifts when beginning the game. At this point I don't know if you can get other other gifts for actions done while playing the game.

Other Options on the Clipboard for Hospital City

If you don't like the big red cross in front of your hospital space, you can use the red cross on the clipboard to delete it. You can use arrow as a do-it-all tool. You can add extra beds to your hospital area and Check your inventory, trophies, gifts, and take a snapshot from the clipboard.
