Facial Exercises for Face Tightening, Glow, and Acupressure Points on Face for Stress Control

Beauty comes from meditative mind and staying happy. Everyone wants to look beautiful forever, but as ageing is a natural process it is quite possible your skin needs care and pampering. If you are the one who is upset to see fine lines and wrinkles on your face, stop worrying and pamper your skin with a right facial exercise, and say no to the chemical based age defying cosmetics.

If you want to maintain young glowing skin and fresh complexion, you have to start practicing some breathing and face uplifting exercises.

Face tightening techniques are as follows:

Breathing exercises and acupressure points for face glow and tightening:

1) Deep breathing exercise- Take a deep breath (inhale), and then exhale slowly. Repeat this deep inhaling and exhaling process for about 5 minutes.

2) Alternate breathing exercise- Keep your right hand thumb on the right nostril ( close it) and take a deep from left nostril, hold for few seconds and then exhale from right nostril. Then take a deep breath from right nostril and slowly exhale from left nostril. As a beginner practice this alternate breathing exercise, at least for 5 minutes then slowly increase to about 15 minutes? While performing this alternate breathing exercise, make sure your mind and body is in your control and is positive and stress free. (Keep your body still)

3) Third is, do the breath-out from mouth exercise, repeatedly. Make sure your body and face is stand still. Practice this for 5 minutes. It is good for jaw lines and skin tightening.

4) Keep your four fingers of both hands (except thumb), on under-eyes areas, and stretch the sensitive skin below the eyes gently downward, and raise your eyebrows to the top and hold for few seconds, and then slowly move it down (you will see your eyeballs will move up, when you see upward and it moves down when you see downward). Repeat this up and down movements for 5 minutes. This exercise will tighten your loose muscles under eyes and reduces fine lines.

5) Acupressure points - Apply pressure on front and back side of the thumb region (right from straight top to the bottom) of both the hands (Apply pressure using thumb portions but not from its tips). These points will keep your headache, migraine, eyes, ears, throat and shoulder problems away. It is no doubt a safe and effective cure.

Your trust and positive long practice is very important while practicing this exercise. This is for both the genders. Enjoy this face tightening exercise and don't forget to eat right and lots of water. As beauty lies within, and in the eyes of beholders so stay happy and confident.

Acupressure points on face for stress control

Pink color points are the acupressure points for stress control- Press these points gently for 5-10 minutes. It improves blood circulation and keeps you stress free.

    I have to say that this article is not well written. The instructions are not clear and are ambiguous.

    This is a good subject but I did not find this article helpful at all.
