Facial exercised for younger looking skin.

The face has so many muscles in it, but unless we use a muscle it becomes lax.

The trouble is that we do not use many of the muscles in the face because it is not always necessary to do so.

The key to toning the face is to try and stimulate all of the muscles, below are a gfew exercises that can help you do that.

Neck.

Tip your head back and stick your jaw out

Push the bottom of your jaw out so your bottom teeth overlap the top ones.

Slowly turn your head right, hold for five seconds, then left and hold for five seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Crows feet.

Look into the mirror and narrow your eyes so the crows feet become visible.

Place 3 fingertips at the side of the crows feet so your fingertips are pointing towards your eye.

Apply gentle pressure to them and try to create the crows feet again, this will help to gently work the muscles.

Forehead.

Raise your eyebrows and widen your eyes

Place your fingertip just above your eyebrows and push down

Try to raise your eyebrows against the resistance of your fingertip.

Lips and cheeks.

Push your lips forward as if you were going to kiss someone

Press your middle fingers against your lips and repeat

Blow your lips out.

    Oh My! I want you to know I practiced the exercise for the chin! It made my muscles sore! Maybe this will keep my chin in place!

    I have tried this, but can't look in the mirror while doing it, I start laughing, lol.... :o)
