Bobby Flay is the executive chef of nine restaurants which he also owns:

Bobby dropped out of High School at the age of 17 and his very first job was at a pizza place and he worked at Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Parlor and right after these two jobs winded down, Bobby began working in New York's Theater District at Joe Allen Restaurant where he made the salads and while working there, the owner, Joe Allen was intrigued by Flay's ability to work with food and paid the entire tuition fee to the French Culinary Institute for Bobby to go to.
Bobby Flay has appeared in six television specials to name just a few: Restaurant Revamp; Chefography: Bobby Flay; Tasting Ireland and All-Star Grill Fest: South Beach. Bobby Flay has won eight awards and was nominated for two other awards.
One of my most favorite recipes from Bobby Flay is a Mexican style roast. The flavor combinations that are in this roast are outstanding. The sauce that he makes to pour over the roast is just as delicious as the roast. The roast just falls apart and the sauce is made using cilantro, sour cream and chipotle. Delicious! I prepared the roast for my family and we loved it! Bobby Flay rocks!
