I was surfing the television channels on a Sunday afternoon and came across some dude talking about fixing your hypothalamus to cure weight gain and/or irregular weight distribution, permanently. That word was the key to keep me tuned into the entire infomercial. I am glad I did . . . He was making sense coming from a biochemical, biological and environmental foundation, as he was demonstrating knowledge of something quite logical. He offered a brief description of the hypothalamus, a receptor for proper assimilation of fats, nutrients & carbohydrates sustaining our metabolic rate, located behind and below the cerebellum (top portion of spine, lower neck). This gland can be brought back to its original properly functioning capability for flushing the unnecessary fat that seems to deposit around the hips, buttocks, belly, calves, thighs and under the arms.

Kevin Trudeau stated in his well presented infomercial, out since debut in 2004, "use the protocol" , which means to specifically go by instruction in the book and your daily-kept food consumption journal. He encourages, enthusiastically, following his way with this particular miracle liquid substance, or so it seems a liquid substance, and sees results, major results in 24 hours! He emphasizes major results being up to 10lbs lost within 24 hours (a max case was 16 lbs in 24hrs) AND that those few pounds lost ARE NOT decreased water weight, water has already been absorbed into the organs and skin requiring hydration, what is to store then eventually lose ?

The good of weight loss managment in this country is often accompanied by the bad. It appears this gentlemen is not an acceptable 'health guru' in the healthcare industry because he might be telling the truth and he is, unfortunately, associated with bad press and a history of some convictions; therefore he is a threat to the healthcare industry, physicians, pharmaceutical companies and other weight loss program representatives. He is a healthcare providers nightmare !

The idea of finding the cure for weight loss and the proper distribution of, is an issue that legally should not be touched because his moral and ethical character is questioned by scrutiny and misinformation, perhaps even disinformation (that which has no validity at all but helps make something more tangible, attractive, cost-effective). The healthcare profession and its many loyal staff members, can be greatly affected by this book he wrote,

I personally feel Mr. Kevin Mark Trudeau is a beneficial asset to the people's rights being honored to know the facts. He is right on about what the hypothalamus does, and do not give me that everyone who can read a medical dictionary would also know, it is more than that. He solidifies his belief with proof in his pictures, his attitude, his facial expressions and body language. There are clear indications that he believed in the product he took and wants the same for everyone else. Okay some articles present their concerns from buyers of his books or receipt of his newsletters that unauthorized collection of names and otherwise secure information was compromised. I don't know if it was, I never saw the documentation just read a testimony of 'someone'. It is petty but for many quite serious as they don't understand this was not identity theft but a listing service sharing newsletter and authorized information to distribute. Considering the good he is trying to do by sending a message as loud as he can through as many channels as he can without being judged by his past record, should be given the consideration to at least read if not follow. People do change it is possible.
