Failure Can Be a Positive Experience

Just Don't Make it a Habit

Kevin Lamb
If it wasn't for our failures in life, our decisions in the future would be ruled by a false sense of reality. Each and every failure we endure in this life helps to teach us valuable lessons which are passed on to others.

The experience of life is about one test (or experience) after the next. Your days are filled with challenges that need to be made sometimes in a rather hasty manner. At the end of the day we sometimes look back on the decisions we made and ponder the outcome of those decisions.

Mental Work

The third dimensional mind then goes to work analyzing and filing away all of the choices that were made, then the subconscious makes a note of these decisions and stores them away for future reference. Now the next time you're met with a difficult decision to be made, you reach deep into your subconscious for the correct outcome. /most of these mental choices are selected by lessons learned in the past.

Each time we fail in life, the ego subconsciously challenges the mind to do better the next time around. This teaches us that life is not over with this failure, but continues to live on until the next challenge. Our spirit and soul are tested in a third dimensional test of a sort, which subconsciously teaches us "life lessons" which most of the times are carried around forever.

Spiritual Growth

These life lessons are what we take with us from one incarnation to the next for the ascension of our soul. This is what the whole purpose of life is all about; the ascension of our soul. Our soul is learning and also experiencing by the failures we endure in this lifetime.

With each lifetime our soul advances and learns by the mistakes which we made in the past. As we make mistakes we learn to look at each life in a new outlook, which opens up new opportunities with each experience. Life is now observed from all sides of the coin, all three of them: the front, the back, and also the side of the coin.

Mental Perspective

Learning to look at life from a different perspective with each failure opens up the mind to creativity. This "mental creativity" is where our opportunities in life exist. If we blindly go through life missing one opportunity after the next our experiences and learning in this lifetime are dismal.

Failure teaches the mind to be mentally alert for each new opportunity which presents itself. Failure also teaches a valuable lesson in patience. Patience lets us know not to rush into any quick unplanned decisions. When patience and creativity blooms and co-exists wisdom follows.

Without any failures in life there would be a very low level of spiritual (or mental) learning and growth. Our mind is the most powerful muscle we have, yet along with our ego it's mostly used to downgrade our mental abilities. Failure is the act which brings our mind back into focus, which enables us to complete each and every day with a renewed zest for life.
