Fair Skin Natural Beauty Treatments

Candice

Having fair skin is a blessing for some and a curse for others. Some would love to have that peaches and cream skin and others want beautiful brown skin. No worries--there are many natural beauty treatments for fair skin that can help create healthy glowing aura for our light-skinned beauties. Read on for some fabulous fair skin beauty recipes.

For those that adore the sun, it may seem a curse for those with light or pale skin, as burning, spotting, and irritation may occur. But for those that want to take extra good care of their fine porcelain veneer, use these natural beauty treatments to really glow.

Of course all the typical suggestions still apply: get enough water, exercise, rest, and a strong healthy diet. This applies to everyone, not just those with fair skin. And don't forget to get a massage too (read on for more about how massage can improve at Want Better Skin? Go to a Masseur).

Here are a few ingredients in your kitchen perfect for that peaches and cream look:

  • Cucumber
  • Honey
  • Oatmeal
  • Tomato juice
  • Milk (or milk powder)
  • Sweet Almond oil or fresh ground up almonds
  • Plain Yogurt

For a wonderful natural mask treatment for fair skin, use any of the above ingredients in a mixture, apply them to your face, and rinse off after about 7-10 minutes.

I've you are more adventurous or love DIY aromatherapy treatments, add a drop or two of one of these essential oils for glowing creamy skin:

  • Bergamot (BF)
  • Lavender
  • Frankincense
  • Neroli
  • Rose

Any of the above essential oils are wonderful for achieving glowing skin, but the best combination is neroli, rose, and frankincense. Add one drop of each to 3 or 4 fresh ground almonds, one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of oatmeal, and one tablespoon plain yogurt. Mix well, and apply mask. Leave on for about 15-20 min. and rinse with warm water, then cool water. Dab face clean with a cotton towel. Try this 3 times a week and in a couple of weeks you'll notice fabulous peaches and cream fair skin.
