Fair St. Louis for the Summer of 2011

The fourth of July weekend in St. Louis will be hot with entertainment and fireworks. This article looks at what is on tap for that weekend.

Fair St. Louis 2011

July 2; The Steve Miller Band. Budweiser Main stage, Time TBA.
Veiled Prophet Parade 10 am
Fireworks at Dusk

July 3; Maroon 5. Budweiser Main stage, Time TBA.
Fireworks at Dusk

July 4; Montgomery Gentry. Budweiser Main stage, Time TBA
Fireworks at Dusk.

All Three Days
Air shows and K-Town Kid shows. Much more activities will be announced later.

Parking is available at many paying parking garages.

Food and Concessions; There will be many of these stands located throughout the fair grounds under the Arch.

Restrooms; Portable toilets will be located in abundance throughout the fair grounds.

All Entertainment is FREE.

    :) I long for a good, old-fashioned county fair with hot chicken sandwiches made and served by the ladies of various churches. I wonder if such a thing exists other than in rural areas these days.
