They have many choices on the menu, but I thought it would be best to try the fajitas on my first visit to this restaurant. I had the chicken and shrimp fajitas and they were outstanding. The chicken and shrimp both had really good flavor. The fajitas were served with two sides of your choosing. Of course, I had the beans and rice because that just goes with fajitas. The rice wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it was actually pretty good. At first I thought the prices were too high, but when I realized how filling the food was, I decided it wasn't that bad for going out to eat. My two meat fajita plate was $9.99, but I had enough leftover for a second meal.
My husband had the beef fajitas and was very pleased. He thought the flavor was really good and he also had enough leftover to make a second meal.
There is a side bar where you can get the fixings for your fajitas. It had such things as salsa, jalapenos, onions, sour cream, lettuce, pico de gallo and tomatoes. I'm sure I'm leaving out a few things.
If you like fajitas, I recommend you try out Fajita Junction. The Web site (www.fajitajunction.com) for this restaurant is still under construction. Fajita Junction is located at 5721 Saratoga Blvd. and the phone number is (361) 994-9090.

I can't wait to try it the next time I am in Corpus! I love MExican food, and the bar with the fajita fixings sounds great!
