This fall the line up of shoes is not only varied but completely fashion forward and ready to fit any style anywhere. In the boots department nothing is more hot this fall than ankle boots. Worn with long skirts and skinny jeans alike, the new and improved ankle boot has left its cousin from the 80's in the dust. Today's ankle boot comes in a plethora of cuts, colors and fabrics, from cherry red to black and from buttery leather to flannel with designers like Anne Klein and Steve Madden providing us with both classic and daring models. The ankle boot is a must have for this fall and early winter and will pull together pretty much any outfit you can throw together from the office to the club.
If boots aren't your thing and pumps are, then be prepared to invest in some of the season's hot new candy colored confections. Red, yellow, orange, purple, green, you name it, the rainbow has it and so should your shoe collection! Sergio Rossi and Dolce & Gabbana's purple pumps are not to be passed up and when it comes to delectable, Kate Spade's red pumps throw a twist on the traditional and Moschino's open toed, lace fronted number will leave you feeling like the luckiest (and sexiest) girl on the block. These brilliantly hued shoes will turn any drab get up you may have into something fun, quirky and very feminine.
Colorful pumps aren't the only head turning shoes we are going to see this fall. For the girl who prefers comfort, metallic ballet flats will be a must have. Stuart Weitzman's flats in bronze, silver and gold are particularly bold and brilliant and can be easily dressed up or down. For the woman who prefers to stand tall, then a pair, or two, of the fall line-up of platforms will be a welcome addition to her wardrobe. Kate Spade and Donna Karan both have investment worthy models for the fall in classic styles, while Giuseppe Zarotti delivers a naughty version for the more daring and piquant among us. Metallic flats and sexy platforms will pump up your fall wardrobe and leave you feeling glamorous and completely fashion savvy.
Everyone knows that a great pair of shoes completes any outfit and this fall's fabulous line-up of shoes are no exception to that rule. If you haven't already started adding to your shoe collection, then the time is now! The season's hottest new looks for your feet are out there and waiting for you to give them a good home. They'll treat you kindly in return and make you look and feel like a million bucks!
