Fall TV Premiere Dates

As we stagger, sweltering, through the ides of August, I can't help but think of the frozen tundra that will be Chicago in a few short months. With the heat sticking to the back of my neck and the crooks of my elbows, I have fairly selective memories of curling up on the couch under a favorite old blanket and catching up with my favorite shows, both old and new.

Which shows are you most looking forward to? I'm ready to get on the Hawaii Five-0 train, it looks fun. I hope Mike & Molly doesn't suck as much as trailers make it seem. Tuesdays at 10 is going to be a hassle on my DVR; looks like I'm going to be watching Parenthood online. I'll give The Event a try, but as much as I like Jason Ritter I think I probably won't like this show. V isn't starting again til November, but I couldn't stand that show

I noticed ABC's Body of Proof isn't on the lineup after all. Maybe it'll be a mid-season replacement, along with Shondra Rhimes' Off the Map . Secret Millionaire is gone, too.
