Fall TV Schedule: September 12-18
Monday, Sep 13-
90210 (CW), 7 PM c. - Episode one of season 3 is titled "Senior Year, Baby."
It begins with an earthquake striking Beverly Hills. Teddy gets injured and is unsure of his future without tennis, Naomi copes with rape, and Harry is absent from the family leaving things up in the air. Will Annie and Liam keep their relationship going? Or will it be one more relationship biting the dust? Guest stars for this new episode are Gillian Zinser as Ivy and Diego Boneta as Javier.
Gossip Girl (CW), 8 PM c. - Season 4, Episode 1 : Belles de Jour
While Blair and Serena frolicked in Paris, Nate meets a new lady who opens up his eyes. Dan has to deal with a pregnant Georgina. Guest starring Katie Cassidy (Melrose Place) as Juliet and Clemence Poesy. Season 3 left us with several cliff hangers and I can't wait to see how it all plays out. Did Chuck die? The previews show him getting robbed and seriously injured. This show is based on the book series by Cecily von Ziegesar. Check out this Blake Lively video, talking about the filming of season 4 premiere.
Tues, Sep 14
One Tree Hill (CW) - The eighth-season begins with the premiere titled "Asleep at Heaven's Gate". The end of season seven left us with Quinn and Clay being shot by Katie. Haley's (Bethany Joy Galeotti) pregnant with kid number two, and Brooke and Julian return engaged. Amanda Schull plays Katie, the deranged stalker that has been playing mind games with Clay (Robert Buckley). One Tree Hill has been going strong ever since it's original TV premiere in 2006. And it keeps getting better. Check out the OTH preview for a sneak peak of episode one.
Life Unexpected (CW) - Season 2 premieres with Ryan and Cate returning from their honeymoon. Lux meets someone new, while Baze gets close to a new bartender. See the preview clip titled Ocean Uncharted to see a little of the action.
Parenthood (NBC) - This comedy-drama is based on the 1989 film. About a large and disfunctional family who, while raising kids, discover setbacks along the way. Lauren Graham is Sarah Braverman, Craig T. Nelson as Zeek Braverman, and Dax Shepard as Crosby Braverman. Check out the sneak peak video.
Wed, Sep 15
Survivor: Nicaragua (CBS), 7 PM - 20 new contestants compete for $1 million. Castaways include Jimmy Johnson, the former Dallas Cowboys coach who is the only famous person competing this season. The premiere begins when the two tribes are formed. The Espada tribe with people over the age of 40, and the La Flor tribe with people ages 30 and younger. Doesn't really sound fair, if you ask me. But it certainly sounds interesting. See the complete cast listing for more details.
Outlaw (NBC) - This episode is the pilot episode about a new legal drama starring Jimmy Smits as Justice Cyrus Garza . After quitting his job at the Supreme Court, he returns to private practice and handles heavy cases with his legal team. Check it out in the sneak peak video.
Thurs, Sep 16
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX) - New season 6 premiere finds the cast discussing traditional marriage and the rewards of being married.
The Apprentice (NBC) - Season 10 brings 16 new competitors all trying to win employment with Donald Trump. And they have 13-weeks to impress The Donald. It's always interesting, and without always a challenge full of competition. I prefer Celebrity Apprentice, but will certainly tune in regardless. It might be nice to see regular folks in on the game this time around.
The League FX - Season 2 premiere begins in Las Vegas. Guest appearance from Chad Ochocinco, who plays himself. See what else is happening on The League's upcoming episodes.
Check back to see which television shows will be premiering September 19-25. Plus more sneak peaks, video, and cast information on upcoming episodes from the fall schedule.
