Fallout: New Vegas Easter Eggs List
Life of Brian
On the wall of the Cottonwood Cove headquarters, you'll find the phrase "Romanes eunt domus". This is a reference to the Monty Python movie Life of Brian. You can see the original movie reference here.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Life of Brian wasn't the only Monty Python reference in Fallout: New Vegas. In the basement of Church of Searchlight City you can find Holy Frag Grenades and the instructions "Pull pin and count to 3" with them. This is a clear reference to this scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Out in the Mojave Wasteland, you can find a refrigerator with a skeleton and a fedora hat inside. This is a pretty clear reference to the latest Indiana Jones movie where Dr. Jones survived a nuclear blast hiding in a refrigerator. Needless to say, this particular Dr. Jones didn't survive the nuclear blast. The original scene can be seen here.
The Princess Bride
In another encounter you can talk to Lady Jane, where you have a conversation in which she states, "But, what about the R O U S's?". You can then reply, "Rodents of unusual size, I don't believe they exist." This is a clear reference to the movie the Princess Bride, and you can see the scene in that movie here.
If you recall, in Fallout 3 you had the opportunity to help Moira Brown in Megaton do research for her Wasteland Survival Guide book. Well, the book appears to published now and you can find a copy in the wasteland of Las Vegas.
In Nipton you can find the burnt remains of two corpses named Owen and Beru. These are references to Luke Skywalker's foster parents in Star Wars. If you recall from the original Star Wars, they were killed by Imperial Stormtroopers and their house was burned down.
Star Wars
During the quest "You'll Know It When It Happens", one of the possible dialog options when reporting to Ranger Grant is "We're all fine here, thank you. How are you?". This is a reference to Star Wars: A New Hope, when Han Solo says, "everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?" Blade Runner / Fallout / Fallout 2
An astute reader on Kotaku noticed that Deckard's gun from the movie Bladerunner makes an appearance in Fallout: New Vegas. The gun is also called "That Gun", as that was the name of the Lone Wanderer's gun in the original Fallout and Fallout 2 games.
Robocop
At about 4:55 in the above link, you'll here a Securitron say "Your Move Creep". It's one of the famous lines from Robocop.
Lassie
At some point, when you speak to Rex, you can respond with "Did someone fall into a well?", a clear reference to the classic Lassie series. After this point, a new location called "Jimmy's Well" will appear on your Pipboy.
Portal / Half-Life
Another Fallout New Vegas fan found some love for several Valve video games. If you're not familiar with Portal, the quote "The Cake is a Lie", is one of it's most famous lines (see it here). Gordon is the main protagonist of the Half-Life series of video games.
Pimp-Boy 3 Billion
You can obtain the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion from Mick & Ralph's. It's your standard Pip-Boy 3000, except it's been "pimped out" with gold plating and diamonds. This is probably poking fun at the Pimp Boy 3000 t-shirts and hats that were made shortly after Fallout 3 was created (see t-shirts on Zazzle here).
Aliens
During the final battle (I'll leave out details and a video link to avoid spoilers to the ending) you can hear on the radio broadcast phrases like "Game over man" and "They're coming out of the walls". These are references to the movie Aliens. You can see the original quotes here and here.
Carmen Sandiego
During your investigation of a traitor at Camp McCarran, the traitor may utter the words "You're getting too close shamus". This is a line from the Carmen Sandiego line of video games.
When dealing with The Kings in Freeside for Ambassador Crocker, Ambassador Crocker may tell you "Damn it, I'm an ambassador, not a doctor!" It's a clear nod to the "I'm a doctor, not a X" line of quotes from Leonard McCoy in Star Trek. You can hear the original quotes here.
Zybourne Clock
Just outside of Goodsprings, you can find a body of Johnny, 4 red balls, and 5 aces from a deck of cards. It's a reference to the Zybourne Clock game, an internet meme that went around for several years. The design of the character is modeled off a sketch of the character (who was "Johnny Five Aces") and the 4 red balls are a reference to a description of how "time" worked in the game. David Caruso?
During your investigation of the White Glove Society, you might encounter an investigator by the name of Crusoe. It's possibly a reference to David Caruso, who has played investigator roles on NYPD: Blue and CSI: Miami.
Hell's Grannies?
In Freeside you can come upon a group of pink-clad grannies ready to pummel you with rolling pins. I don't see it, but some believe that it's a nod to the Hell's Grannies sketch by Monty Python. You can see the original sketch here.
PEPCON
The REPCONN Aerospace corporation mentioned through Fallout: New Vegas is likely a play on the Pacific Engineering Production Company of Nevada, or PEPCON. PEPCON manufacturered products necessary for rocket boosters and was located just outside of Las Vegas. They're most known for an explosion in 1988 causing significant damage in the Las Vegas area (Wikipedia Entry).
WWF / WWE / The Honky Tonk Man
In the Old Mormon Fort in Freeside, one tent has three characters in it, a Roy, Wayne, and Farris. Put together, Roy Wayne Farris is the name of the WWF professional wrestler The Honky Tonk Man (Wikipedia Entry)
John Mellencamp?
In the Great Khan Encampment, you can find a couple named Jack and Diane. Jack is a dark haired male and Diane is a younger blonde woman. They are likely referencing the John Mellencamp song from 1982, in which the music video has a dark haired male and blonde woman. See the original music video here.
Leon / The Professional
The Professional perk gives you additional damage on sneak attack criticals. The Vault Boy character on your Pip Boy shows a man that closely resembles the lead character from the movie Leon, otherwise known as The Professional, in America (IMDB Entry).
Anarchist's Cookbook
The Patriot's Cookbook is a skill magazine that temporarily raises your Explosives skill. The magazine's title is likely a play on the Anarchist's Cookbook, printed in 1971 (Wikipedia Entry).
Star Trek
The Set Lasers For Fun perk increases your odds of landing critical hits with laser weapons. The perk is obviously named after the Star Trek line "Set phases to stun."
X-Men / Wolverine
The Adamantium Skeleton perk lets you receive less damage. The name of the perk comes from Wolverine, the X-men character with an unbreakable adamantium skeleton.
Underwater Poker
Not a reference to any particular movie or show, one Fallout New Vegas fan did find a game of underwater poker going on, which is quite humorous.

You can find the Book on a Floating Platform In the Middle Of the Lake where you have to pull the B-17 Bomber out of the water for one quest.

not much hear realy. the whole "Waste land survival guide" wasnt so much of a secret as it was a way for them to get a skill book for the survival skill. you can find a few of the books not just one. and the whole "Set lasers to fun" thing wasent so much of an easter egg as it was a play on words. but "A" for effort anyway
