The professor taught that a Globe had somehow and somewhere been discovered, and was clearly NOT a contemporary style during Columbus' day, therefore Columbus could not have discovered the World was round because of whoever that had already manufactured said Globe before him. How disconcerting and anxiety invoking.
That made me have flashbacks of my own school days, and left me to wonder how many times I may have received a bad mark in history class when that was not what I truly earned. And I wondered how that may have affected my scholarly position in society all these delirious years.
And just when I thought I was over the trauma of Chris aka 'The Fraud' (which evidentially, history = fraud as well) I ran up on an article about those women who burned their brassieres in the 1960 s. It was obvious the woman who wrote the article was in her fifties OR she 'borrowed' a picture for impact; nevertheless, she too had debunking in mind and that constituted, for me, another trip to the medicine cabinet for Rolaids. She stated that the 'burning bra' boast was NOT what really happened with all those women and their undergarments.
Her aggression in the article made it clear to see that she most likely suffered such accusations OR perhaps her mother did, therefore she took advantage of her position as a columnist on the web site I cannot name here and adamantly bashed all those people who claimed such a thing ever took place during the women s equal rights movement of that decade. Oh boy.
Personally, I am not old enough to say I lived through that time, but my mother did. And although we did not have enough money for my mother to be able to participate in a burning ritual of such valuable undergarments that supported her top heaviness and camouflaged her fluxing body temperature, I can say that if we would have been more financially comfortable, she would have had a great time at those bon fires if for nothing other than a nice little get together with all her sister protestors. Oh my my.
Therefore, and in light of, these recent devastating revisions of history, I am suffering multiplied anxiety. And an identity crisis. If these things can be exposed as fraudulent material that shaped so many of our lives, then what does that make our mentality but fraudulent by default? All my faith in man has been obliterated. I may never be able to trust another soul again. So. When, and if, I regain clear thought, my next venture will consist of searching out law suits I can file against whoever, just so I can continue paying for my financed life that my emotional state will no longer allow me earn myself. Pray for me, and please, if you have any suggestions as to my relief, do not hesitate to comment, but only if you can PROVE them. Yeah, right...
