False Unicorn Root and Crampbark: Increase Fertility With Fertility Herbs
If at First You Don't Succeed, Try Try Again
Men and women across the globe struggle with fertility problems, but not everyone can pay the high price for fertility help no matter how badly they want children. Often, natural remedies for fertility get overlooked because doctors don't want people to know about the alternatives. Luckily, there are some very safe affordable fertility herbs that can help.
False Unicorn Root
While False Unicorn Root is becoming threatened because once it is cut it doesn't grow back, it is still sought after for fertility. It is also widely used for women who do not have regular periods and for women who have almost no periods at all. One of the main reasons women take False Unicorn Root is due to its ability to increase estrogen. The estrogen helps ovaries produce a mature egg.
Other ailments and conditions False Unicorn Root is used for: impotence, helping prevent miscarriages, anxiety, gas, fluid retention, natural diuretic, circulation, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders and liver disorders.
Crampbark
Crampbark, commonly called Snowball Tree and High Cranberry, is high in vitamin C and is used by women to aid in child birth, to stop cramping, to prevent miscarriages due to nerve disorders, spasms, and to aid male and female fertility.
According to Dr. Rick Sawyer, an herbalist, it is recommended that both women and men take 40 drops of crampbark with meals three times a day to promote fertility. He also says that once a woman is pregnant, crampbark can be taken to help build a strong uterus, ease labor and help prevent miscarriages.
Other Fertility Herbs
When looking to have a baby, leave no stone unturned and remember the old saying, "If at first you don't succeed, try try again." Here a few more fertility herbs to try or even add to the above remedies:
- Vitamin E
- Damiana
- Dong Quai
- Ginseng (Wild American and Korean)
- Ho Shou Wu
- Eleuthero
- Geranium
Tips: It is very important to improve your overall health when infertility is involved. It is wise to have blood work done to see if you are low on certain nutrients, minerals, and even if you have low cholesterol because all of these could be a contributing factor.
