Tulsa, Oklahoma is alive with entertainment for the Christmas Holidays! Shopping is not the only thing to do in Tulsa during December. Family entertainment, fun and enrichment are available in abundance during the month of December, 2008. Check out the following events scheduled for your pleasure.

The Four Freshmen in Concert- December 4, 2008:

The Four Freshmen, now in their 60th year of performance with classic 50's sounds, will perform at the North Intermediate High School Auditorium, 808 E. College, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Performance time is 7:30 p.m. with tickets for $15.00. For additional information you may contact www.artsba.org.

Bethlehem Walk - December 4 - 7, 2008:

The Christview Christian Church, 2525 So. Garnett, Tulsa, Oklahoma will present the 10th Bethlehem Walk. This is a FREE event for the entire family. Bethlehem walk is a 45 minute guided outdoor walk through a realistic nativity with a cast of 200 from area Christian churches, live camels, donkeys, sheep and other animals along the walk. Visitors get to participate in the nativity. Each guest becomes a member of a family that is traveling to Bethlehem to be counted in the census and to pay their taxes. Guests encounter Roman soldiers, beggars, lepers and even a host of heavenly angels along the road. "Tax" papers are stamped before being allowed into the City, which is filled with shopkeepers and dancers in the streets. There will be an entertaining musical pre-show with free refreshments furnished after your "walk". Large groups are welcome. Call the reservation Hotline at 918-407-9195 starting November 24, 2008. Operators are on duty from 6:00-9:00 p.m. nightly or leave a message and number and your call will be returned. Special needs for handicapped/disabled are available by reservation. Trace Adkins, Craig Morgan and Jason Michael Carroll - December 5, 2008

Trace Adkins appears on stage at the BOK Center, 2nd and Denver Ave., Tulsa, Oklahoma entertaining with a string of hits spanning more than a decade of music. Adkins is accompanied by Craig Morgan and Jason Michael Carroll for the concert. Contact www.bokcenter.com for time and tickets.

Tenth Anniversary Christkindlmarkt - December 5 - 7, 2008

The German-American Society of Tulsa presents its annual Authentic German Christmas Market featuring arts and crafts, imported German items, food, refreshments, entertainment, puppet shows, children's story telling and of course, St. Nikolaus! There is fun for the entire family. Hours are: Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m. Location is the German American Society building, 2301 E. 15th St., one block west of S. PSO Christmas Parade of Lights - December 13, 2008

The 19th annual Parade of Lights is a two mile long parade through downtown Tulsa with floats, marching bands, specialty units and giant helium balloons. The parade is FREE to the public and begins at 6 p.m. at 8th and Cincinnati. For more information, contact www.tulsadowntown.org or call 918-583-2617.

Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Starring the Rockettes - December 22 - 24, 2008:

For three days only the show said to be the World's Biggest and Most Spectacular Christmas Show will be appearing at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. TIME Magazine says it is "The Grandest holiday tradition of all time". Bring the whole family and do not miss the World Famous Radio City Rockettes in their "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers".
