One of my personal favorites is the Orlando Science Center. It is an awesomely beautiful struture from entering across the glass bridge to the Iwerks Theater. There is always lots of activity, live theater, animals to the 3D film. Take a look at the new travelling exhibit "Titanic" for you romantics or historians. If "Speed" is your hot button than check out Discover Daytona 500. There's something at the Science Center for everyone.
If "Science" is not your thing, what about Slime Drop at Nickelodeon Family Suites and it's a free event.
Have a need to go to the mall plan to check out The Little Drummer Boy at Altamonte Springs Mall for a taste of Holiday Spirit.
Well that's a few suggestions to ad to your list of options, I hope it was helpful. Most importantly whatever you do have a safe holiday and I hope you get to spend it with the ones you love.
