The Birmingham Bloomfield Community Coalition's National Family Day event, Sept. 27 to Oct. 1, provides discounted meals from area restaurants to promote eating together as a family. To receive a discount, you must present the restaurant with a coalition flier. (For a full list of participating restaurants, visit www.bbcoalition.org).
The BBCC's National Family Day Kids Craft event is Sept. 26 at the Birmingham Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., where children and their parents can make special crafts and pick up one of the aforementioned fliers for their restaurant discount. Those who cannot make it can e-mail kmichaud@bbcoalition.org for a flier. Hope to see you all there!
