Family Restaurants in Myrtle Beach

Amy Kay
Vacation is a time to relax and spend time with your family. Deciding where to dine shouldn't have to be stressful. These family restaurants in Myrtle Beach are inexpensive and offer a great dining experience that the whole family is sure to enjoy.

Oscar's
4101 Highway 17 South
North Myrtle Beach

Oscar's is a family restaurant in Myrtle Beach that will please even the most discerning customers. For the sports fan there are over 90 televisions throughout the establishment (even a few in the bathrooms, so you won't miss a big play). For those feeling nostalgic, there is an impressive collection of cartoon figurines, Pez dispensers, and bobble heads that decorate the interior.

Oscar's may be a sports bar, but it's kid friendly. The wait staff offers board games to occupy children while they wait for their meals.

This Myrtle Beach restaurant is popular with the locals, and for good reason. You won't find a better burger and fries or a wider array of sandwich selection in all of Myrtle Beach.

Logan's Roadhouse
4511 Highway 17 South
North Myrtle Beach

This family restaurant is an excellent value. With filets costing less than 15 dollars, you can feed your whole family for what you'd pay for one meal at one of the high end restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Logan's may be inexpensive but it does not lack quality. The mesquite grilled steaks are superb. From the homemade yeast rolls, to the baby back ribs and the teriyaki club steak, every meal is fresh and delicious.

Each table comes with a bucket of peanuts and an open invitation to discard the shells on the floor. Shell throwing is a big hit with the kids. Although Logan's has a separate children's menu, the cooks will gladly serve up child size portions of most anything on the menu.

Nascar Café
1808 21st Ave.
North Myrtle Beach.

The Nascar themed restaurant in Myrtle Beach is always a family favorite. You don't have to be a fan of Nascar to enjoy this restaurant, but Nascar fans will appreciate the atmosphere. The walls are littered with authentic racing memorabilia, and the racing theme is carried throughout the menu. Try the pit crew pulled pork sandwiches and smashed potatoes- they are delicious.

This family restaurant also has a game room with an array of video games to keep children of all ages occupied. With reasonably priced menu items, everyone is sure to leave with a smile on their face.
