Fancy Breaded Egg with Mayo Garlic Dip Recipe

Chef Yoji
Some people have this notion that a cook or a chef always eat good food. Perhaps they picture chefs eating the same food they prepare to customers. While it's possible that chefs eat gourmet food, the truth is, when at home, they eat whatever they can quickly grab from the pantry or the fridge. I remember watching an episode of Oprah where they went to see what's inside Julia Child's fridge. You would think she's got everything in there, but much to the surprise of the viewers, Julia's fridge was almost bare. There's egg, water, milk, cheese, and lots and lots of space. But hey, it's enough to make an omelette. Just like Julia Child, many cooks and chefs don't stock up their fridge with all the good stuff. Perhaps they spend so much time at work that home is just a place to sleep. You can't blame them because when you have all the great stuff in the professional kitchen, you wouldn't really feel the need to go on food shopping spree for your home fridge.

While the fridge may be bare, there will always be eggs in there. Eggs are busy people's best friend because they are not very demanding. They are easy too prepare and much easier to cook. You can even leave them on a heated surface and they will cook. You can make scrambled eggs, sunny side up, or omelette. But do you know that even with limited ingredients, you can make a fancy egg recipe? Follow the simple steps below and impress your friends with an egg-citing recipe.
