Fantasia Barrino Pregnant Rumors After Sextape Video Scandal

Fantasia Barrino pregnant rumors are circulating after a sextape video scandal surfaced. In addition to the sextape scandal, Fantasia Barrino also OD'ed in an apparent attempt to end her life. Fortunately, that did not work. However, the National Enquirer reports that Fantasia Barrino could be pregnant by Antuan Cook, the married man she had an alleged affair with.

The Enquirer's article reads:

"Fantasia Barrino is telling pals she's pregnant! She says she's expecting her boyfriend Antwaun Cook's baby - and is determined to marry him as soon as his divorce is final, insiders say. "She's about three months along, and it's definitely Antwaun's baby," a close family friend revealed. "Right now she can't show how happy she is in public - but she's absolutely thrilled. Fantasia got what she wanted. She feels Antwaun will have to marry her now."

This does sound a little questionable. After all, how could a pregnant mother down an entire bottle of pills after getting "stressed" about a looming scandal?

In addition if she IS pregnant, it's just going to give Paula Cook more ammo to use against Fantasia in a possible lawsuit. If you recall an earlier article I wrote, the state of North Carolina where the parties live allows a jilted spouse to sue a paramour for alienation of affection or criminal conversation.

The world is enthralled with the drama. After all, a new season of Fantasia for Real is going to air soon on VH1, and given her Idol fame, anything even semi-scandalous that happens in her life will be widely watched by the media.

Celebitchy.com suggests that perhaps this whole deal is a big ploy for attention on the part of Fantasia Barrino. If you read their article, their ideas make perfect sense. Fantasia allegedly tried to "commit suicide" but did it when her manager was right there to "rescue" her when she text him to say goodbye.

I'd also bet that the VH1 camera crews were rolling throughout the whole thing. I know we like to think that reality TV is real, but it's really not. A lot of drama is orchestrated. If it wasn't, then we wouldn't be watching it. Face it - real reality is B-O-R-I-N-G. Would you really want to watch someone go through a mundane average day? I didn't think so.

So is Fantasia Barrino pregnant? There's been no confirmation via the singer or her representatives. So at this time, this is nothing more than a good tabloid story.
