Marshawn Lynch (RB)
Posting his second +1,000 yard rushing season with 1,036 yards, Lynch was able to improve on his rookie numbers by catching 47 passes for an additional 300 yards, and scoring a total of 9 TDs in the process. Despite missing the final game of the season, the former first round draft pick out of California also enjoyed a fantastic second half of the season, netting all three of his +100 yards rushing games after the mid way point of 2008. Look for Lynch to have a breakout season in 2009, and a 1,500-1,700 yards from scrimmage season may be within his reach this year. Take Lynch as high in the Draft as you are able.
Terrell Owens (WR)
You can say what you want about TO, but in Fantasy Football the man is a constant producer. Though his numbers were down a bit in 2008, Owens still enjoyed his 9th season of +1,000 yards and his 8th with over 10 touchdowns. Along the way Owens managed a +200 yards receiving day against the 49ers. While he may no longer warrant a first round pick, Owens is still a top three round pick who will deliver again in 2009 and since he will not mess with the chemistry of your Fantasy Football team, go ahead and draft him.
Lee Evans (WR)
If there is one player on the Bills who will benefit the most from the arrival of Owens it's the 5-10, 197 lbs Evans. With TO taking the focus of the D away from him, Evans should enjoy a return to the fantastic numbers he posted in 2006, when he had 82 catches for 1,292 yards and 8 TDs. Last season his numbers were far from that, but this year you can pencil Evans in for +80 catches for +1,150 yards. Though he should not be your Fantasy Football team's top receiver, Evan makes for an exciting second receiver.
Trent Edwards (QB)
Edwards should be giddy now that Owens is in his stable of receivers. Still, the former Stanford QB has a long way to go to become more than a backup fantasy quarterback. Edwards had a horrific November in which he suffered 7 interceptions in a 3 game span. The highlights were few and far between last season, though he did manage to throw for over 200 yards in seven games. If you are going to draft Edwards, do so late in the draft and then only as a backup option.
Rian Lindell (K)
The Bills Offensive woes help Lindell enjoy a productive 124 point season. In all, Lindell would go on to kick 30 field goals in 38 tries, in a season that turned out to be a career year. The 6-3, 233 lbs Lindell also has a strong leg, having kicked 15 out of 25 field goals from outside of 50 yards. In 2009, you can expect continual success for the former Washington State kicker, and a season of +110 points should be easily within his reach.
