    Thank you jcorn, Joy and Barbara. Rictameter poems follow a prescribed syllabic structure, hence the length. Many years ago I learned to use poetry as therapy to get things out of my head. One of my cures for writers block is actually to write more structured styles of poetry- I like the challenge....
