Farm Town Items that Must Be Purchased with Cash

This is a guide to all of the items in Farm Town that must be purchased with cash. I will sort these items by category and give you the price and amount of XPs you will get with each item. At the time I wrote this guide, it was correct. However, Farm Town developers may make changes to these items at any time.

Lakes

Lakes are in a category by itself. The lake is the only item in this category. Purchasing a lake will cost you 30 Farm Cash Dollars. If you purchase a lake you will get 900 XPs.

Buildings

There are quite a few buildings that were added with the last update that must be purchased with Farm Cash. Below are the new buildings, the cost of the buildings, and how many XPs you will receive.

Wood Silo - Cost 15 Farm Cash Dollars / 452 XPs

Big Barn - Cost 25 Farm Cash Dollars / 751 XPs

Fun Tree House - Cost 20 Farm Cash Dollars / 601 XPs

Tree House - Cost 20 Farm Cash Dollars / 601 XPs

Stables - Cost 25 Farm Cash Dollars / 751 XPs

Big Greenhouse - Cost 35 Farm Cash Dollars / 1,000 XPs

Decorations

Next, we will take a look at the new decorations that were added. There are five new decorations that were added that require you purchase them with Farm Cash Dollars. Let's take a look at those decorations.

Big Waterwell - Cost 18 Farm Cash Dollars / 541 XPs

Gas Grill - Cost 10 Farm Cash Dollars / 302 XPs

Water Fountain - Cost 15 Farm Cash Dollars / 452 XPs

Flower Wagon - Cost 12 Farm Cash Dollars / 362 XPs

Flags - Cost 15 Farm Cash Dollars / 43 XPs

To purchase the items above, you will have to have enough Farm Cash in your account. Then you will need to open your store box in Farm Town. Once the store is opened, click the category of your choice. Then locate the item you want to purchase and click the Buy button in that box. The store will then close and you can place the item on your farm. You can move the item at any time by clicking it and clicking Move in the menu. Then place it where you want it.
