Farmville Chicken Coop Glitch in Mystery Eggs and Chicken Coop Expansion 2/19/10

Farmville Farmers were scrambling on Facebook on Friday 2/19/10 , when we all realized that we could finally expand our chicken coops and finally give our tons of chickens running around our farm a home. Then mystery eggs started popping up where inside you would win an extra chicken coop. Farmville farmers thought that Zynga had finally gave us the one thing all Farmville farmers want and dream of which is to have more than one chicken coop on our farms. To get you up to speed if you play Farmville you are only allowed to have one chicken coop. You can have 5 dairy farms for the cows but only 1 chicken coop. Our farms are over run by chickens. Even with the expansion which is a nice thought we can now place 60 chickens in the coop instead of the previous 20 but Farmville farmers still would like extra chicken coops. It's just a dream of ours. Plus we all have over 60 chickens on our farm if you are a Farmville addict like I am. After awhile you just start selling them off because you have no place to put them or anytime to collect eggs from them.

So here is how it all started. A Golden Mystery Egg popped up and I found a chicken coop. I was so excited. I quickly placed my chicken coop came out of Farmville and went back in and it was gone. Quite a disappointment when previously during barnraising first started there was the first chicken coop glitch where if you put your chicken coop in the corner of your farm you could get as many chicken coops as you wanted through different stages of expansion. Some of my neighbors got 10 out of that glitch and got to keep them. This chicken coop glitch they just disappeared. Since I wasn't one of the fortunate ones the last time to get the coops, I yet again lost out and still only have one chicken coop on my Farmville farm as well as other Farmville farmers. My daughter in law found 3 and poof all gone, just disappeared into Farmville heaven. Sometimes I think Zynga feels like playing practical jokes on us to get a laugh. Honestly I don't see what the big deal is just give us what we want. We get so happy and then very disappointed and let down.

I love playing Farmville on Facebook and they have done some great improvements lately that we are all enjoying such as giving us a Horse Stable for our horses, letting us gift valentines this Valentine's day and trade in for Valentine related items for our farm such as an Eiffel Towel, heart fountain, sheep with heart headband on its head but sigh.... no extra chicken coop for you. There are countless petitions on Facebook to give us extra coops and it seems to me that for whatever reason they just don't want to. It isn't fair that many of my Farmville neighbors got extra ones with the first chicken coop glitch , and others didn't. We even thought that and hoped that when we got Christmas trees this winter and gifts to put under the tree and open on December 24th ,Christmas Eve we were all just hoping for that extra chicken coop. No such luck. So maybe someday for those of us who love Farmville we will finally get the one thing we all want and that is extra chicken coops for our farm.
