Farmville Unreleased Crops List

What Are the Secret, Unreleased Crops in Farmville? What Are the New Farmville Crops?

Jessie Kay
What are the unreleased crops in Farmville? Currently, Farmville has dozens of permanent crops available to plant. Additionally, several limited edition crops have appeared since the game began in June 2009. Read about some of Farmville's unreleased crops to discover what may appear in Farmville in the future. No one (except Zynga, of course!) knows when these crops will make an appearance in the game-or IF they'll even appear in the game. Whether these crops are permanent crops, limited edition crops or limited edition master-able crops is also unknown.

However, for all of these crops, there is a mastery sign available-so even if it turns up as a limited edition crop, there's a chance it will reappear as a permanent crop in the future (such as the Forget Me Nots! Remember, Forget Me Nots were part of the Yukon theme in Winter 2010). All of these crops also have a market stall available, so these crops may be needed to craft future recipes!

All of this is current as of late August 2010 and is confirmed by viewing pictures of these crops in the Farmville database. Which of these unreleased crops will actually turn up in Farmville? Here are the Farmville unreleased crops:

The good news is that most crops that appear as unreleased eventually make it in to the game within a few months. The bad news is that the majority of them are limited edition crops. There is no time frame of when to expect the crops. Also, some of the crops have been unreleased for a while-for example, the Chardonnay has been on the Farmville unreleased crop list since March 2010 and it is still not in the game.

Some crops never appear on the unreleased list-they just appear in the game as a surprise to everyone. So, just because it's on this list doesn't mean that there's a crop NOT on this list that will appear in the game in a few months. Hopefully ALL of these crops will make their way into Farmville so us fans can plant, master, and make crafts from them! Happy farming!
