Farrah Fawcett, star of the show Charlie's Angels is dead today at 62 years of age. Farrah Fawcett died after a long battle with cancer, in which she sought several radical treatments over seas including the use of stem cells to try to fight her cancer. She thought she was cancer free about two years ago, but then the cancer came back and claimed her life, she is dead at 62.

Farrah Fawcett was very open with her battle with cancer, and even launched a documentary entitled "Farrah's Story" that attracted millions of viewers. Farrah Fawcett had a rare form of anal cancer, that spread to her liver. It is a sad day for the nation, when such an icon passes, as Farrah Fawcett was. Every man had the swimsuit poster of her in their bedrooms in the 70's. She was beautiful and a great actress and she will be missed. She even posed for Playboy magazine in 1995. She was 50 years old when she posed for the magazine.
