Fascism in America? Wake Up America!

W. J. McCormack
The tasering incident that took place in Florida recently is a perfect example of Fascist behavior by authority. The student was not a "threat' to anybody. He simply was talking. Can we no longer talk in this country? Can we no longer speak our mind? Kerry had no problem with the student asking a question. Maybe the kid did hog the mic a little. But the police officers behavior was not acceptable on any level. Maybe their behavior would be ok in Cuba or World War 2 Italy and Germany.

This is America. I can't sit idly by and pretend that this was ok. This is just not ok with me. I got very angry when I watched the tapes over and over again. I tried hard to see what he did wrong. The answer I found was nothing.

The police had him subdued on the ground and then tasered him. 50,000 volts into him for speaking his mind, what the hell? It's a scientific fact that tasers are harmful to about 50% of the population. Was he threatening lives? No. Did he have a weapon? No.This behavior has leaked down from the President's disregard for the rules and laws of this country.

The Bush administration has walked over, around, and through OUR constitution. The police that took action in this incident behaved just like our President wants all authority to behave. "Don't speak your mind. Don't think period." These are the ground rules of the Bush administration and this way of thinking is what got him into office. Hopefully things will change soon. People are trying to step on OUR feet as citizens, telling us how to live in public and in private. Maybe this will wake people up. Behavior like this reminds me of the things police did during Vietnam or Civil Rights movements. Anybody who believes that the police were in the right is blissfully ignorant to Fascist behavior.

WAKE UP AMERICA!

The problem in America won't stop until Americans wake up! There's nothing wrong with
looking in the mirror but the fat hysteria is destined to keep us focused on our bodies and
with what's going in Iraq. Americans need to turn off the televisions and start paying attention
to the news. I've also noticed that now those in power are blocking any information on the
search engines that they don't want people to know. It'll probably take Americans another
    16 years to notice it.

Naive article. The man was speaking inappropriately for several reasons. For one, he was talking about blowjobs, he refused to leave the mic, he was ranting and raving in a ridiculous irrelevant manner, and he FOUGHT POLICE OFFICERS. They warned him multiple times and he refused. he was delusional, he thought they were going to "hand him over to the government" and make him disappear. He planned the whole thing.

Not to mention that this was the University of Florida, not hte US government, or any way connected to it.

The problems in America can only be solved by electing Dr. Ron Paul as President in 2008. Go to www.ronpaul2008.com
