Fashion Magazines: My Personal Top Five

Here are a list of my top five fashion magazines to date and why I believe the are at the top of the charts in the industry today.

#1 Harper's Bazaar

At the top of high fashion we have Harpers Bazaar bringing us international fashion runway coverage and a higher class of editorial style. It is modern fashion on the cutting edge of the future and the past. According to Wikipedia.com Harper's Bazaar was first published in America in 1867. My favorite section in Bazaar is their Runway Report always giving readers the most up to date, hottest new faces and clothes in fashion. There are articles ranging from fashion shows & parties to best buys. They will always be the first to introduce the world's newest designers and fashion lines from renowned favorites. For Haute Couture, runway, shoes and modern style Harpers Bazaar is rated my number one!

#2 Vogue

Vogue is still classic! They are at the top of my list and Americans for 4 reasons. The people, the parties, the trends and the amazing shopping. It is a classy magazine with a down to earth human quality. I enjoy reading their Vogue diaries and feature stories showcasing some of today's biggest names and heart touching stories from people like you and me. Vogue's best dressed is always a major highlight from the magazine and being named one of vogue's best dressed is surely a notable thing and something to be proud of!

#3 In Style

Who's hot and who's not. In style will keep you up to date on all the latest do and dont's in fashion. My favorite sections of the magazine include coverage of all the latest Hollywood parties showing you who showed up in style and who lost their mind and sense of fashion. Whether you are looking for a new pair of stilettos, a nice fitting pair of jeans or a cute handbag In Style will give you ideas and items to add to your favorites. Informative on all things beauty from clothes to a wide range of accessories and beauty products they rank as my number three.

#4 Elle

Elle fashion magazine is in my top five because they rule the runway and are so street chic. From fashion to advice and horoscopes they cover it all. By far what stands out to me is their classy and cutting edge photo shoots. Featuring gorgeous models and amazing photographers. It is worth buying the magazine for the artistic content alone.

#5 Marie Claire

Marie Claire is an all around fun and classy magazine for all women. My favorite section in this magazine are the "Eye on the World" articles featuring real live stories and interviews on everything from politics to poverty and beer and vacations. More topics covered in the magazine range from sex and dating to work, accessories and hair. It is my number five fashion magazine.
