Niagara Falls, Canada
New York requires certain things in terms of a marriage license. So, if you want a quickie wedding at Niagara Falls, you're better off to head to the Canada side. You do have to purchase a $100 marriage license (no marriage licenses from the U.S. accepted), but other than that it is fairly easy. No medical exams and no waiting period. You do need two witnesses, though, and two forms of identification. And, since the U.S. now required a passport if you want to get back in, that makes the two forms easy (driver's license and passport). You can't get married in the park, but there are several hotels nearby whose chapels feature views of the Falls.
Disney World, Florida
Florida is one of those states with easy marriage requirements as well. You don't even need witnesses in Florida. Just show up (of age) with proper identification. No waiting period required. And at Disney World, it is possible to arrange to get married in nearly any way you want, from a wedding on the beach to being married on a roller coaster.
There's no need to plan something huge and unwieldy. If you want a great destination wedding without the fuss, there are plenty of places that provide an easy, stress-free and fun way to get married.
