Fast and Yummy Holiday Recipes

For Those to All Enjoy

The holidays are a time for family, friends, and eating those really yummy recipe dishes. Every house has a different recipe they use for their table. In my house during the holiday season I make several dishes that my family loves.

Thanksgiving Recipes:

Stuffing

1 Stuffing Bag, Plain
4 Stalks of Celery, Diced
1 Large Onion, Diced
Sage, Add to Your Liking
3 Eggs
Water

In a large bowl, mix together the stuffing bag, celery, eggs, onions, sage to liking, and add water till you feel the bread is moist. Then place in the turkey.

Macaroni Salad

16oz Small Shells, Cooked according to Directions, While Draining Add Cold Water to make Shells Cool.
2 Cans of Peas, Drained
2 Cups Shredded Carrots
6 Eggs, Boiled, and Diced
Hellman's Mayonnaise, Add to Your Liking
Sugar to Taste

In large bowl, mix together the shells, peas, carrots, and eggs. Add Mayonnaise to desired likeness, and sugar to taste, serve.

Christmas Eve Recipes:

Salmon Dip

2 Packages of Smoked Salmon, Cut Up
1 Cream Cheese 8oz
Ritz Crack

In a bowl, mix salmon and cream cheese very well. I just put salmon on Ritz crackers, and serve as an appetizer.

Meatballs With BBQ Sauce

1 Package of frozen meatballs, Cooked
1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce, Heated

Mixed meatballs and BBQ in a bowl, and place in a slow cooker. Slow cook for 6 hours, serve hot.

Little Smokies With Cheese

2 Packages of Little Smokies, Cooked
1 Jar of Cheese Whiz, Heated

Mix the little smokies and cheese whiz together, or have cheese on the side, serve hot.

Christmas Recipes:

Fruit Salad

2 Cans of Fruit Cocktail
1 or 2 Cans of Mandarin Oranges
1 Small Box of Vanilla Pudding
1 Cup of Seedless Grapes, Diced
1 Cup of Banana's, Cut Up
1 Cup of Apples, Diced
1 Cup of Cool whip

Drain 1 fruit cocktail, and 1 or 2 cans of Mandarin oranges, place all in large bowl. Stir in vanilla pudding, add grapes, banana's, and apples, mix all together. Add cool whip, and fold into the salad. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours, serve.

Imitation Crab Salad

1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce, Chopped
1 Large Tomato
1 Cup Shredded Carrots
1 1/2 Cup Sliced Radishes
1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives
1 1/2 lbs of Imitation Crab Salad
Mayonnaise to Coat
Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a large bowl, mix together lettuce, tomato, carrots, radishes, olives, and imitation crab. Add Mayonnaise to coat, and salt and pepper to taste, serve cold.

With these recipes above you should be able to find something that you and your family will enjoy during this holiday season.
