Yes, I have found a better way that's an easy and healthy way to burn fat on the belly and everywhere else.
But first, I would like to share a few tips that worked for me:
Keep a record of your calorie intake in a food journal.
It's a real eye-opener when you record all the details. At a glance you can see if you are taking in too much sugar, empty carbs and junk foods. It helps to just start cutting back a little, you don't really have to go without entirely to start burning fat.
Did you know that your body burns the majority of calories just by existing? It's true. It's known as basal metabolism.
With your food journal you can now estimate how many calories you burn in a day. There are plenty of online resources that show you the calories burned for various activities.
The Very Best Way to Lose Belly Fat...
Regular exercise. This may seem like a no-brainer but the real challenge is learning what are the right exercises for maximizing your weight loss. This is what works for me: I workout for 20-25 minutes, three times weekly and I have increased my metabolism to the point that I still burn fat even while I am inactive. The key here is making fitness your lifestyle and not just a brief vacation from your regular habits.
You don't have to severely limit yourself.You don't have to suffer.When you think about it, staying fit is a whole lot easier to deal with than surviving yet another trendy starvation diet.
