2 1/2 c. strawberries or assorted berries (your choice) (save a few pieces to put on top of your milk shake)
1 pint nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream
1/2 c. nonfat milk
1/4 c. honey
Using your blender, combine all ingredients and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, and top with a few pieces of fruit.
