    Your report on Tammula Emerick is not complete. If you would have done your research her seat belt would not have kept her safe or alive. A wench flew through the glass of her truck window off of the other vehicle and killed her instantly when it hit her in the head. She died as the result of blunt force trauma. Not because of a damn seat belt issue!
