Father's Day Breakfast Menu Kids Can Make

Looking for a Father's Day Breakfast Menu Kids Can Make? A family breakfast for Dad or even breakfast in bed on Father's Day is a great gift or surprise the kids can put together all on their own (well, as long as Mom is willing to drive them to the grocery store)!

Here are a few different menu ideas for Father's Day Breakfast Menu Kids Can Make:

Fruit salad is an easy and healthy breakfast food that kids can easily make all by themselves. If the kids are old enough to be allowed to use a knife (like teenagers) then let them chop up grapes, apples, banana, oranges, and even pineapple to make a homemade fruit salad.

Smaller kids may need Mom to buy the pre chopped fruits in the store or even use some canned fruit salad.

Add an easy yogurt dipping sauce to go with your chopped fruit salad.

I have come across a variety of easy yogurt based fruit dipping sauces. Basic and easy recipes perfect for the kids to make for Father's Day would be:

3 tablespoons of honey

1 individual serving size of plain vanilla yogurt

Combine these two ingredients and stir! Pour them into a cute little bowl and you have a great addition to the Father's Day Breakfast Menu Kids Can Make!

Another great yogurt fruit dipping sauce recipe perfect for Father's Day is:

1 tub of cool whip

1 package of instant vanilla pudding

A little milk

½ teaspoon almond extract

Combine all the ingredients except the milk.

Now, slowly add the milk one table spoon at a time until as thin as you want your dipping sauce to be! You will probably need about 4 - 6 tablespoons of milk.

Add some granola to the easy Father's Day menu. If you can not find pre made granola at the grocery store buy some of the hard granola bars. Open each bar and put them into a zip lock bag. Use a rubber mallot to break them apart into smaller bite sized pieces. Now that is something any kid would love to do!

If the kids can use the microwave, then try adding some of those precooked bacons and sausages to the easy Father's Day breakfast menu.

You can also buy pre dried fruits like cranberries, pine apple, apricots, and even cherries and add them to the mix. For a sweet touch buy some of that microwave and melt chocolate in the bakers aisle. Serve this in a small bowl, melted of course, with the dried fruit and granola! Yummy and a great recipe on Father's Day for the Dad who loves sweets!

The night before help the kids get the coffee ready so all they have to do is turn the coffee make on and your Father's Day menu kid's can make will be complete!

Don't forget to serve up breakfast with some nice plates and a few flowers; even Dad's can appreciate a beautiful dinner table full of yummy food!
