A Father's Day Poem to my Dad
I called out to Daddy
When I was just a little tike
No more than three
He saw me, smiled and said:
"Watch it or you'll bump your head"
Always looking out for me,
Even though I am now grown
You have inspired me
And taught me how to be my own
I appreciate all that you've done
And I cannot express
The love we share, how much we care
About the years that we have known.
