Fatigue, Stress & How to Deal with It

Robin Stone
Here it is morning and your rushing aroundtrying to get out the door and to work on time .Things are not going the way you want . The kids are taking their time with getting ready and your husband is asking you where is his tie and dark jacket and your wondering if any of this is even worth it ?So how do you manage ? You pop a extra strength Tylenol with your third cup of coffee .You finally manage to get to work ,even though your late and the boss does comment on it .So you say to yourself "how come other women seem to be able to do it all and I can't "?

How to relax and get things done

The first thing you need to do is take a deep breath . While your at it count to ten . Think of this as a learning game or even a new way of taking care of yourself .Everything does not have to go smoothly and on time . If it's important then do it ,if it's not take a break and remind yourself that it will get done when you feel like it .

When you feel stressed out you also feel fatigue

I mean come on your feeling so stressed that you got to feel tired of it and so does your body .The best thing you can do is keep your bedtime as consistent as you can .Go to bed at a set time every night .Even on weekends . A afternoon nap, may be a good stress breaker . You will feel refreshed upon wakening ready to face the rest of the day .

Relaxing can help

The blast of a hot showerif taken two hours before bed may help you sleep more peacefully .If you can't take a shower before bedtime , a morning shower with a blast of cool water the last few seconds of it. Will not only awaken you but also give you a surge of energy .

Eat a well-balanced breakfast

A hearty breakfast isnot only important to the family . But also a meal that is important to your diet .It is a proven fact that the main meal of the day is breakfast .And you should eat it . However it is also important to eat a slightly lighter breakfast .When one eats a large meal for breakfast it will cause fatigue sugar triggering surges in blood sugar .A piece of fruit , two eggs and a piece of grain toast is a perfect breakfast and will give you the energy you need to face the day .

Eat Enough Protein

True its important to get enough greens in your diet. Include red meat and or poultry in your meal . These foods are great sources of iron , which gives you a energy boost . A lunch that is just a salad will drain you of energy .A plus when eating meat for lunch .A six ounce serving a day will not only help build muscle but also help you loose twelve pounds in three months time.

Don't use too many artificial sweeteners

While its tempting to use artificial sweeteners consider this . The ingredients in these little packets can affect the body's ability to control blood sugar . It may be good for the waist, but the blood sugar levels that comes with it will create symptoms like brain fog and fatigue.. Your best bet will be to use natural sweeteners like honey.

Spend family time

And if all this fails and you still feel stressed .Then spend a fun day with the family and don't worry about all the things that aren't getting done .Have the kids pitch in with the housework . It cam make them feel important and help you too .And have a date night with your husband . It will do wonders for you and he will enjoy spending time with you . A nice bubble bath and a glass of wine is a good way to relax .Enjoy the music that you listened to when you was a teenager . It will bring back memories and put a smile on your face .A smile is the hey to a healthy and happy life .
