FedEX Kinko's Business Center: North Oklahoma City Business Review

FedEX Kinko's provides many services I use. And to think, when I first heard of Kinko's, I thought it wouldn't do much business. Boy, was I wrong. This is a review of FedEX Kinko's by Quail Springs Mall in North Oklahoma City.

This Kinko's location is South of Quail Springs Mall on Memorial Road. It is easy to find, has plenty of parking and is convenient to other stores. Fedex customer service is good as you are always greeted upon entering the store. This Fedex Kinko location is nicely organized. Copiers are in one area, fax machines in another, printing services and FedEX at the back and computer rental in a separate room.

The last time I was in, the name changed to FedEX Office which will take getting used to but I guess that's the price of progress. However, my receipt still says FedEx Kinko's. Also, this Kinko's location just put up shelving between all the service areas. I liked the open plan because it feels somewhat claustrophobic now. However, I did look at products on one of the shelves and was glad to know about them.

I use all services except computer rental and Fedex shipping. The rest of the equipment is self-serve with a credit card. If you want a receipt, this is also self-serve at a machine by the entrance. I like this because I can stick my card in a pocket and carry a briefcase of papers with ease. I have rarely waited for a copier, fax or to pick up an order, although I try to go during slower hours.

The only problem I have is getting copiers set at the right page size and loading for multiple copies on the top carrier. In the past, I have paid for my mistakes even if a Fedex Kinko employee assists me. I have decided I'll ask for a refund from now when it isn't my mistake.

I don't know if all Kinko's locations do this, but I email papers I want printed to this Fedex Kinko business center. Instructions are in the subject line and after emailing, I call the print manager. They then check to see if they have questions and I find out when my order should be ready. It works smooth as a whistle. I give this FedEX Kinko location 10 points out of 10 for my Oklahoma City business review.
