Feed Two People on a Budget of 110.00 A Week or Less! Yes -you Can!
How to Budget and Feed Two People on $110.00 A Week!
Needless to say, buy on sale if you can. The ideas listed here are for sale prices, not everyday pricing. You can adjust your menu and your shopping list by choosing what's on sale if you really need to make it stretch. There's nothing wrong with paying full price if you can, but in case of dire need, you don't have to. I have created this guide with meat lovers in mind, as many people say they "have to" have meat, although you don't really have to, it's up to you regarding what you choose to spend. Spaghetti without meat is much cheaper than spaghetti with meat, and you will still get the nutritional value of the grain and the tomato sauce. If you simply cannot afford that extra pound of meat this week, just have plain spaghetti!
Here's your one week menu plan-breakfast included: Serves two people
Breakfast:
Monday: 4 eggs, 4 slices toast (2 of each per person) Juice, Milk
Tuesday: 1/2 cup cereal with milk, banana (one of each per person) Juice

Thursday: 4 eggs, 4 slices toast (two of each per person) Juice
Friday: 2 cups yogurt, 2 eggs, 2 toast (one of each per person) Juice
Sat.Sun 4 eggs, 4 slices toast, 4 pc bacon (2 of each per person) with glass of milk
Easy to follow so far? Let's move on to lunch. Again, one of each per person applies, unless otherwise specified.

Tuesday: 2 peanut butter sandwiches, 2 yogurt, 2 bananas
Wed: 2 bologna sandwiches, 2 snack pack pudding, 2 apples

These are cheap and easy meals that aren't expensive, yet provide you with nutrition and fill you up without breaking the bank. If you simply have an emergency situation and can't spend $110.00, just cut back on a few of the items and eat a little less of them. There will be some leftovers with this shopping list, just keep that in mind. Find a use for the extra hot dogs and other ingredients, you will find that you have a few things left to roll into the meal plan for next week.
