First of all if your self esteem is extremely low you will need to seek professional help, but if you are finding yourself having a few bad days then this will help you. Going to the beauty salon or for the men getting a fresh new hair cut this will make you feel good because it give you a new look. Search for a hair style that you normally wouldn't get or dye your hair this will be fun and interesting.

Shopping is always a pick you upper for anybody that loves to shop. For lots of people shopping has always been a natural feel good thing to do, it automatically makes you happy. If your purse say no shopping today, then try something that is a little more affordable like going to a coffee shop with a friend that you love to hang out with, this will help and the conversation of updated news would be interesting. Thrift shops can also be very affordable also so go there, you will be amazed of the bargains and the money you will save. If you need a even cheaper idea then take a long warm bubble bath with candles lit around the tub, put on soft soothing music that you love don't forget the rose pedals tossed all over the water. Doing that is a major treat to yourself and if you don't have candles go to your local dollar store and purchase some.

You can go get pampered to the spa. This is a great place to go for a deep tissue massage. That could definitely do the job to make you feel not only good, but great. Get your nails and toes done and even a facial too remember that this day is all about you. Go out to a new restaurant in your area and dine out alone or with a friend if that's your desirer. Remember not to eat to much comfort foods because you might get down on yourself for eating to much, so do conserve.

Buy yourself a beautiful dress and a good smelling fragrance I suggest Goddess by Kimora Lee Simmons, and if the night life is something that you are familiar with then go to your favorite night club. Be sure if you go this route to bring a friend along so when you sip a little champagne you can have that person as the driver.

Go dancing, skating, take a hike, ride a bike, song your favorite songs, read a good novel, buy your favorite magazines, start baking, or you can cook a very large dinner do anything that's good, if good is how it makes you feel. It is normal not to have a great day everyday, but if all your good days are turning bad then do some of these things and then you want feel so bad remember to enjoy life and stay happy.
