Note from Mr. Chip's: I had a lot of fun writing this poem in tribute to my friends in the Mexican and Latin community. In large part because a large number of bigoted people where I live see the sacred holiday CINCO DE MAYO as just another day to sell beer and Mexican to people. I can't tell you how bad that burns me up. It is akin to using Black History month and Dr. Kings day as a day that all people should kick back and eat "fried chicken" and "watermelon" that's how offended I get. Aside from that I hope you enjoyed my poem.
