Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit Review

Yvonne Cote
I've been using the free CD and DVD labeler for years and I've been more or less happy with it. Lately, however, I've been meaning to find a kit that would make my CD labels look more professional. After scouting online, I came across the Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit and I thought I'd give it a try.

I made the purchase and I was pleased when my Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit arrived on time. I've had bad experiences with ordering online but so far, so good, the product delivered on the day it was promised in good condition.

I've been using the Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit for some time now and I have yet to find cause of complaint. It is easy to use and when I apply it, I don't get bubbles-a problem I've had with my old free CD and DVD labeler. I was also happy that it came with 300 labels. That was plenty enough for me.

The CD labels I've created with the Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit don't peel off or curl up. Unlike other labels I've had to work with, it isn't hard to peel off and I don't see visible lines that mess up my labels.

I was a little concerned when some reviewers mentioned that heat from CD players cause the labels to peel off. Some reviewers complained about damage to their CD players. The good news, I haven't experienced that with my Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit. According to the manufacturer, the labels have been heat tested for permanent adhesion. This has eased my concern a little bit but I am still worried because there are plenty of consumers who've said otherwise.

Well, the good news is, so far, I am still very pleased with my Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit. I don't know if I've been lucky or if I got a newer or more improved batch, but I have not experienced the problems other people are complaining about.

For this reason, I still recommend the Fellowes 99940 NEATO CD/DVD LABELER Kit to anyone in the market for a CD or DVD labeler kit. It's a huge improvement from the old system I've been using. I don't think I'll ever go back to my free labeler again. However, because of the concerns of some consumers, I still have a few doubts. If my CDs start getting messed up, I will definitely update this review.
