Drug & Gang Prevention Education conference this weekend (April 5th, 2008) at
H. W. Lang Middle School (1678 Chenault, 75228)
Starting at 8:30 AM with a continental breakfast.
The conference will begin at 9 AM with an introduction from
US Attorney Richard Roper.
The purpose of this conference is to educate and inform parents and guardians of school children about the serious nature of drugs and gangs among today's youth.
We will do this by providing to conference attendees the tools necessary to help PROTECT and PREVENT their children from drug use and/or gang enlistment.
Although this conference is for the education of parents, the entire community is welcome to attend. There will be activities for school age children, as well.
